Prices for DIQUAD's Quality Certified Service

DIQUAD provides its Quality Certified Service on a subscription basis.  A two-year subscription provides for evaluation of dental dose and image quality every six months.  After the first successful evaluation DIQUAD provides an 8.5 x 11-inch Quality Certified certificate for use in your waiting room, one 8.5 x 6.5-inch certificate for each x-ray unit, and an 8.5 x 6.5-inch certificate for your reception desk, all suitable for framing, plus our Quality Certified logo for use in your promotional materials.

Pricing is based on the total number of Analyzers in the subscription order, with a minimum two year subscription.  For example,

3 X-ray Units, 2 year subscription, 2 evaluations per year

            3 x 2 x 2 = 12 Analyzers

Unit cost is $71.00 (see prices above) based on a subscription for 12 Analyzers

For a 3 year subscription with 18 Analyzers the unit price is $62.50.

For Quality Certified Service Subscriptions, a discount of 10% applies for payment in full when the order is placed or your credit card will be billed at time of each shipment.
